Jenny Beorkrem makes striking visual art that takes inspiration for geography and looks great on your wall. We had a chance to ask her a few questions about the origin of Ork Posters, and how she's grown her business.

First off, can you tell us about your business and what you offer?

Ork Posters offers typographic city neighborhood maps that are produced as wall art.

At Pre-K Pages, I offer teaching tips, hands-on activities, and printable resources for teachers of young children (preschool and kindergarten).

How long has Pre-K Pages existed? What is the origin story?

One needs to have a sharp, fun loving and super creative mind for that. Artist, Alyssa Duhe's illustration shows that she has all of these qualities.

"A Daily Pickup Line", that is what she named her collection of illustrations with catchy pickup lines. According to her website, "Alyssa Duhe is a graphic designer, a non stop doodler who believes in the power of smile. She has a knack of witty copywriting and a fondness for silly pickup lines. Her passions are triathlon, painting and zine making."

Carvings are always beautiful. They are the art we can actually feel by touching. You must seen carvings done on walls, pillars and areas like that. Have you ever seen carvings on lipsticks? You read it right, I meant carvings on lipsticks. If you are shocked you must check out the work by Maysum.

But for Nicole, it is her jewelry designs which came out as the product of her love for nature.

Nicole says on her blog, "My artwork includes mosaics, painted furniture, river rock jewelry, and I incorporate all sorts of funky art with natural and recycled elements. I believe that art should be integrated into people's every day lives, and encourage others to think about how they can transform their living and work spaces to include art."
