First off, can you tell me about your business and what you offer?

 In short we make software for Photographers. Cross platform desktop apps and a cloud-based service that more or less is about helping produce deliverables from images. Those deliverables might be blog posts, Facebook galleries or photo books.

There's no doubt that technology has changed the way we do business. Both shoppers and online retailers, nowadays, are turning to online platforms and mobile devices to buy and things.

As an online retailer, we all think about the future of eCommerce, how things are going to change in the coming years, if people's shopping habits are going to change and everything in-between.

There's no denying the fact that online retail is no fad, what it has done to us is that it has only made our lives easy, had it not been there we'd still be waiting in the long queues and our shopping habits wouldn't have changed for good.
