A great holiday pick right? Read on to see how this eCommerce success grew their business from the ground up.

First off, can you tell me about your business and what you offer?
We are Jerry Cards, http://www.jerrycards.com We offer instant worldwide delivery of US Gift Cards in digital form. The most popular item on

How long has Jerry Cards existed? What is the origin story?

It started on Octorber, 2009, as a tiny website (http://www.zhljerry.com) . I opened the website based on request from friends that they can get the gift cards instantly in email at the time they need them. The website grows quickly after that, friends tell friends. I gave the name Jerry Cards to the website and move to new domain http://www.jerrycards.com in 2010.

What makes your product unique?

1. All gift cards are from US local retail store, they are legitimate and genuine. (there are so many websites selling fake ones or cards from unknown sources)
2. Instant delivery upon payments, if you need a legitimate card in a hurry, we are the place to go.
3. Excellent customer service, any problem, we will solve it.

How do you market your business?

Mainly word-of-mouth, in Facebook friend or twitter. Once a customer has a good experience with us, he/she will tell his/her friends and family.

What is your strategy when using Facebook and Twitter? Do you use those channels primarily for customer service also?

I do not do too much on Facebook and twitter, just post something interesting, or related with Apple Product.

How has your sales/marketing strategy changed over time?

Not so much, it started as word-of-mouth and remain the same until today.

How did you go about designing and creating your site?

I designed it with one principle, simple. Most of the stuff in on the main page, just click and pay.
