Apple fans are touted as some of the most loyal in the tech world, vying for information about new product line releases, software updates, and insider tips and tricks to make those hip and trendy devices even more conducive to living the life through a nifty handheld device. Apple is known for its top of the line, and subsequently pricey smart phones, tablets and personal computers, appealing to a world of self-proclaimed hip consumers that are passionate about having the best of the best and willing to pay the price to get just that. Its products have a reputation of taking years to make it to market because it refuses to produce anything that could be deemed subpar. At Fueled we noted the fact that the company's dedicated fan base eagerly bought in to its new iPhone offerings, yet Apple may have lost a notch in its technology belt by delivering a product that was less than "ready" for the masses. The jarring issue?

One of the biggest stories of last month was Apple Inc.'s huge acquisition of headphones giant Beats by Dre. The deal was important for a number of reasons, including bringing Dr. Dre within $200M of being Hip Hop's first billionaire. This is only the beginning of huge possibilities that could come from the huge merging of companies.

With these types of buys it's easy to speculate how one company, typically the smaller, could fade quietly out of the public eye, left only as a credit in the fine print of the tech specs, if that. But we at Fueled don't see that as being the destiny of Beats in this particular situation, and for quite a few good reasons.

If you are reading this thinking that it's about some video editing tool that Apple has come up with then you are in for a surprise.

First of all, no... Apple hasn't come up with anything like this. In fact, Apple has done something that made a popular filmmaker from New York Casey Neistat unhappy.

Wondering what and why?

Earlier this year, while 1,417 people were waiting in line outside the Apple's flagship store in New York, Casey made a documentary called "The Dark Side of the iPhone 5S Lines". This documentary featured people who were waiting in line to grab the iPhone 5S and the pain that they went through while doing so. This video has more than three million views on YouTube and believe it or not, Apple edited this video and used it as a motivational video for its employees.

With the launch of iPhone 5S and 5C, Apple is back with a bang in the game of the smartphones and it's iPad Air event, that just took place yesterday, was nothing but a cherry on the top.

Talking about the iPhone 5S. Well, this one product garnered a lot of attention even before its launch as it attracted the longest line with 1,417 people ever outside the Apple's flagship store in New York.

For any one who is using an iPhone for the first time, it can be a really tricky device to operate but once you get a hang of it, it's one hard to part with. I'm no Apple loyalist but most Apple users, especially the ones I know of, find it hard to switch to another brand.

In October of 2012, Apple was issued a patent for the Spiral UI for its venerable iTunes program, and more recently a patent for the Mac Mini and its related technical aspects. However, in July of 2013, Samsung was issued patents that seem like a direct copy of Apple's Spiral and Mini devices. This is not the first time Samsung and Apple have gone to court for copyright infringement. TechRadar reports Samsung has lost multiple cases against Apple worldwide, including a particularly high-profile case in the UK that would have netted Samsung millions in royalties a year.

These cases, and cases similar to them, raise questions about the nature of innovation in the fast-moving world of mobile device design. What constitutes innovation? Can anything be truly unique in the world of mobile devices?

We at E-junkie love to keep tabs of the latest technological developments and turf wars between the techie giants. However, today we have something from the past that felt like a monumental find, by sheer serendipity of course.

All of us know Apple is the brain child of Steve Jobs' vision for pioneering new heights in technology. And so he did during his lifetime.

Recently I stumbled upon this interview that Jobs did with the Playboy magazine. Yes, you read that right! David Sheff, the interviewer had a tete-e-tete when Apple was just a year old and had recently found limelight at the Super Bowl commercials. Back then Jobs was a man on a mission.

While Jobs was not the only one sprouting with technological ideas, he was certainly the first one to voice them openly. In a way he set the entreprenurial standards with his strange mix of viral marketing, innovation and PR strategy, all combined into one.

Just like last year, the rumor mill is again all hot with the rumors about Apple's iPhone 5S, which is due to release this June. Tech bloggers and journalists are already debating about the features of iPhone 5S on the internet.

Recently, some images of the iPhone 5S surfaced on a Chinese website's blog, which are allegedly taken from a Foxconn's facility in China. These images are of the pre-production version of the yet-to-be-launched iPhone 5S and by these images, if real, one thing that we can clearly judge is that the design theme is still going to be the same, as it is since Apple introduced its iPhone 4.
