When it comes to making New Year's resolution every one resolves to do something different like losing weight, meeting the deadlines, not giving up, doing something new and everything that takes us one step closer to improving oneself.

Buzzfeed’s Joanna Borns, however, has a different take on such clichéd New Year's resolutions that most of us make every year. She has come-up with a series of some funny New Year's resolutions that makes a complete mockery of the clichéd ones.

When it comes to New Year's resolutions, all of us resolve to do something or the other at the start of every year. If you ask me New Year's resolutions are more about doing things to change oneself and doing our best to follow them. If this year, for say, my New Year's resolution is to start a new blog then just not starting a new blog would fulfill it, I need to post regularly and do everything that I do on this blog.

Bottomline - New Year's resolutions are more of commitments so if you resolve to do something this year, you ought to fulfill it but that's the challenge here, half of us forget them half way.

Google Zeitgeist is a complete 2012 dairy in itself but one of the best thing about this website is the interactive resolution map that helps users fulfill their New Year's resolution.
