While the world is getting ready for the closing ceremony of  the Sochi Winter Olympics today, it's about time to recognize the Olympian inside all of us.

Athletic or non-athletic, there always comes a time that all of us feel like representing one's country in an international platform like the Olympics. Well, for some of us this might be not possible but there's no denying that we do need some recognition from time to time for completing different tasks. No matter how mundane these tasks are but getting recognized for completing them would definitely make them a lot more worthy of investing your time in. Here is one talented artist, Beth Evans who has recognized this need and has come up with some interesting Everyday Awards for the Olympian inside all of us.

What is the first thing you do when you open your internet browser, first thing in the morning and especially in case, if Google is your homepage?

With the London Olympics going on, the Google Doodle changes everyday and its amazing how Google has got people across the world hooked on to it. I, myself invest almost 5 minutes everyday playing with the it; my Google searches have never been this interesting before.

Avengers In The Olympics

Although this is the season of Batman, and Avengers has somehow become a thing of the past, but graphic designers have not stopped creating imaginative illustrations featuring some of our favorite superheroes.

Today we'd like to share some interesting illustrations by ScarGeear, a graphic designer from Ukraine and a avid DeviantArt user. She has imagined Hulk, Black Widow, Thor and other members of Avengers in the Olympics.

There are no prizes for guessing which of the Avengers is featured in Archery, but my favorite is the Iron Man, who's quite aptly not an athlete in the series, but a 'genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist and sponsor'. Have a look:
