Let’s be honest: Most of us feel we could lose at least a pound or two, fifty in my case. I find that there are a couple of times each year that a lot of people decide to try and diet. The first is at New Years (because the new year means new beginning and all), the other is when a new season of Biggest Loser starts, which was last week.
There are a lot of diets out there, even our Marketplace has
a ton of them. So which one will work for you? Some people do really well on
Atkins. Others use Weight Watchers. But really it’s all about the right fit.
When you find something you can really work, stick to, not being miserable on,
you can reach your goals.
