What is the concept behind Onebigphoto? What inspired you to start Onebigphoto?


The concept is to inspire people every day with great photos from world's best photographers. I am amateur photographer myself and I admire great photography so I wanted to make one big collection and share it with others.


We noticed that your website has a very neat and clean look. What parameters did you emphasize on during designing the interface of your website?

Neat, clean and fast is something I wanted from beginning. Like the name of the site says , OneBigPhoto, that exactly the concept of the site, enjoy in photography and quickly go to next one.


You have almost 11000 likes on your website. How did you initially promote your website?

At beginning I used facebook advertising, I made ad campaigns for photography and social media and social network fans, thanks to that site very quickly went viral and got many fans. Our fan network is growing every day and recently we started with newsletter.


What criteria do you follow to decide whether an image is suitable to be added to your website, in other words how do you ascertain whether the quality of an image is up to the mark?  

We publish quality and beautiful photos that will be interesting to visitors. Also we reject photos that are taken with cell phones, photos with low resolution and photos of your children, and not interesting stuff like coffee mug on your table, flowers on your balcony and similar.
