Mattia Trotta is an Italian artist who creates amazing sculptures from wire meshes. A mechanical engineer turned artist, Trotta manually folds each wire onto a casing bringing perfect shape to his sculptures. "Every wire I twist is given a reason to twist." he says.

According to his website, Trotta, "Takes full advantage of his expertise and knowledge of materials."
