Peter, lets start with a brief introduction of yours.

My name is Peter G. James Sinclair. I am the proud father of there fabulous children, and married to my wife now for 28 years. I am a published author of motivational and inspirational books, a blogger, and am an entrepreneur having owned and operated successful businesses to date in the cleaning, publishing, web design and hairdressing industries.

Tell us about your wonderful blog 'Motivational Memo'. What is it all about?

My blog 'Motivational Memo' has provided me with the perfect platform to help people to become all that they were created to become. I instill belief into people's lives - the belief that nothing is impossible for them to achieve if they simply believe and apply action to their dreams.

Tell us about the inception of your blog. What made you start blogging?

I actually started writing an ezine way back in 2000. This ultimately was translated into a blog format as we know it today.

Has blogging brought any change in your life personally as well as professionally? If yes, then how?

Blogging has helped me to sharpen my talents as a writer. It has also introduced me to the wonderful world of bloggers - people from all around the world that are fast becoming friends and associates.

I read about you that you're on a mission to pursue uniquity in all that I do. Would you like to elaborate?

Yes I believe that each and every human being is what I call 'a unique'. There is not one other human like you or I. We must each learn to be proud of who we are, and of the talents that we have - and then go use them - not being ever intimidated by another's success or achievements. Each of us have our own path to run - so let's get on with being the best us possible.

What are your dreams/vision for 'Motivational Memo'?

Simply to be one of the best personal development blogs on the planet - and to also provide a platform for me to publish more books, provide more online courses like SELF DEVELOPMENT MASTERMIND found at http://www.selfdevelopmentmastermind.com/coaching and to interact with my reading audience all around the globe.

Generally, every great leader has one trait that stands out from the others. They have one characteristic that identifies them. It may be related to personality, or to leadership style, or to other areas. What many of these leaders understand that many don't is that the way you naturally are can be used to your advantage.

It is true that you should always strive for improvement and development of skills you don't have. If you are so timid that you aren't able to communicate, then you have a problem. You won't be able to communicate your vision! But even if you improve that area of your life and find the courage to meet new people and have a healthy social life, you might still be a reserved person. There isn't anything wrong with that.
