I tweeted the post, have been a fan on FB for a while and I would love to win the "Understanding Love" audio!
I've been HOOKED on a few of Sarah's Self-Hypnosis audios I got from Her around 3years ago now, (Creating Success, Mind-Body Shift and Love Awareness) and MUST say I truly believe thats why I've been able to come off My medication for what the Drs were calling(withOUT fixing) EPILEPSY!
I've just checked You out and "liked" You on FaceBook, but I'm not a member of Twitter, sorry.(FB's BAD enough! LOL)
Sarah's voice and message, both, are a pleasure and we listen to her on our way to sleep regularly. A highly recommended sleep aid as far as I am concerned!
