Invoice Bubble is a free invoicing service that allows freelancers and small business owners to send professional billing statement to their customers.

A simple and useful web application that provides features like customization, PayPal integration, invoice automation, data import and export, branding your invoice, Pdf attachments and many more.

Invoice Bubble offers free service and paid service as well. The only difference between the two is that by paying $5 a month, paid member's invoices will not have links or advertisements on them, other than that both plans are more or less the same.

How does it work?

Signing up with Invoice Bubble is incredibly simple, you need to provide them with your name, email address and choose a password. It will then direct you to a dashboard where you need to add your invoices by choosing a reference number, typing client's name, selecting payment terms , whether paid or not, currency, tax (if any), recurring invoice and payment due date etc.

Once all the details are entered, it will direct you to a next page displaying a Pdf page which you can either send via email or download it on your system, print it and send it through postal service.

It also allows you to create estimates which can be mailed to your clients and saves all the details of your client making it easier and faster to create invoices in the future. If you choose recurring invoice option, your clients will be billed on weekly or monthly basis and it notifies them automatically. You can also add discounts section in your invoices if you wish to.

"We already have an app called Project Bubble that handles both project management and invoicing. We wanted to show how simple and powerful the invoicing side of our flagship app is, so we cut the app in half and launched Invoice Bubble." explains Stu Green, CEO of Invoice Bubble.

Freelancers or small business owners, who do not like spending too much time creating invoices every month, this application is a perfect solution at no cost, less time and no energy.
