Cloud strategies are usually put off or ignored until infrastructure changes are needed. It isn’t until someone must document and audit the current architecture that a business realizes the importance of having a cloud strategy prior to an architecture rollout.

Google Introduces 'Google Drive', A Brand New Cloud Storage Service

On Tuesday, Google finally unveiled its online storage service called 'Google Drive' that allows users 5GB of storage for free.

Google Drive is built into Google Docs, that allows users to share and collaborate documents, spreadsheets and presentations in real time. It supports Mac, PC and Android.

"Whether you’re working with a friend on a joint research project, planning a wedding with your fiancé or tracking a budget with roommates, you can do it in Drive. You can upload and access all of your files, including videos, photos, Google Docs, PDFs and beyond." shares Sundar Pichai, Google's Sr VP, Chrome and Apps.
