Until 12th June, hashtags on Facebook looked so meaningless as they were non-clickable. Twitter and Instagram users, you know what we mean here!

In case, you're a avid hashtagger, who loves adding hashtags in updates across all social media networks and hated the fact that Facebook didn't support them, there's a good news for you.

Earlier this week, on Wednesday Facebook at last rolled out its hashtag support. Yay!

So now hashtags on Facebook will be clickable, just like they are on Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and Tumblr. Adding hashtags to updates would let you add more content and let you be a part of a larger discussion.
