Let's take a wholesome look at both sides of the coin. The obvious negative to supporting the work-from-home culture is the decrease in workers' efficiency as there might be a lot of distractions at home. On the flip side, there are others who vouch that promoting this move increases the work experience as the commutation costs are cut down, saves fuel as well as gives the employee that extra bit of freedom to execute their work.
Well, ask me honestly, I stand out as Middle Path-er in this scenario. Both sides of the argument are valid in their own steads. The bottom line is work cultures today are so much more flexible than what existed earlier. Depending on how crucial the work is, businesses can decide if human presence is indispensible or not. However, the need to move out of the home space is important for scaling new heights of personal improvement through interaction. Technology, after all cannot do everything for you.
There are so many entrepreneurs nowadays who conduct their business operations virtually. Either they are juggling between meetings, travelling or taking a backseat mentorship role, work-from-home is a option they are choosing voluntarily. So when it comes to those lower down the ladder, why is the flexiblity option not accepted so freely? How can employees pitch-in for this work style, if they want to?
In such a scenario, a strictly work-from-home is not the answer. A working hub, slightly afar from the exact home space is what one needs. Today we have for you some absolutely incredible office pods that fulfil the dual purpose of staying at home as well as getting the work done.

These all are really nice office pods. I like Tetra shed more because of its thermal insulation system & its green environment..
We have ti go here with you James given that the Tetra shed is so innovative and can be used with a variety of materials. but we also like the R1 and the Air Clad Roof Pod, the latter especially because it is inflatable and collapsible.
