In spirit of World Food Day we would like to share some amazing resources across the web that can make any foodie drool and salivate.

Being a geeky foodie myself I have huge respect for an amazing community of food lovers across the web; the level of creativity is astounding. Over the past few years, we've shared some amazing examples of creative (and at times bizarre) blogs, installations, art, apps and even jewelry related to food.

So on this day, we decided to go back and bring together some of our favorite (and popular) features on E-junkie.info. Brace yourself because this is gonna be one hell of a treat:

Creative Food Blogs That Will Make you Drool

These amazing bloggers don't simply publish an online food magazine. It is that personal touch in their recipes and articles that makes them stand apart. It is their ideas, their creativity and sheer love for food.

Best of Food Art

Food in itself is an art, but there are many creative people out there who find inspiration from food for their paintings, illustrations, photography, graphic designs and products.

Interview With Nir Adar. A Chef, Food Stylist And An Artist

Nir Adar is a New York based chef, food stylist and an artist. His greatest passion is food and he loves to play with it. He has given a new direction to food styling with his creative artistic vision and classic culinary training. A specialist in styling ice creams and frozen desserts, he has worked on some really interesting projects around the world.

Disparity Series By Christopher Boffoli

Playing with food has always been my favorite time pass, and its amazing to see creative artists like Christopher Boffoli take my favorite time pass to a whole new level. Boffoli likes to create interesting scenes using miniature figures and food. Something like Alice in Wonder-Food-Land.

Incredibly Tempting Food Inspired Jewelry By Shay Aaron

Shay Aaron, an incredibly creative artist hand makes tempting food miniatures from polymer clay; these miniatures are then turned into earrings, pendants, studs, rings, bobby pins and charms.

Apps That Every Foodie Will Love

Other than some amazing food blogs, there are tons of apps available for iOS and Droid, developed for all the foodies out there. But the options are so many that it can get a little overwhelming for someone looking for informative, simple and hassle-free food apps. Being a foodie myself, I've tried my hands of quite a few applications, and have come to a conclusion, that when it comes to food - simplicity is the key.

Unique & Inspiring Food Photography By Alexandre Dubosc

The reason I find Alexandre Dubosc's work impressive is that he has taken a whole new angle towards food and photography. He has brought together regular household items with food and presented in a very creative and inspiring way.

Interview with Vanessa Dualib: Imaginative and Humorous Food Photographer

This wittily created Eggbert Casanova in the image is by Vanesaa Dualib, a Brazilian Artist who loves to play with the food. She creates awfully beautiful cartoonish characters and makes people smile with her great artwork. She has also combined a book of lovable characters like radish mice, baby carrot figures, fruit fish, and a mischievous fellow named Eggbert.

Jules Clancy, A Food Scientist Running A Food Blog 'Stonesoup'

Jules believes in minimalist approach towards cooking and therefore creates simple recipes containing not more than 5 ingredients and takes less than 10 minutes to prepare. After quiting her job to take up full time blogging, Jules created Stonesoup, and teaches simple cooking through her Virtual Cookery School.

Tempting Gastronomical Art By Akiko & Pierre. A Feast For The Eyes!

Akiko Ida and Pierre Javelle found each other when they both were exploring the art of photography, with love for food in their hearts. Not only did they marry each other, but also married their talents and created eye-feasting series called Minimiam (Mini Yum). They spend their days transforming every food into landscapes with a story.
