Are you an avid fan of Pinterest and find it hard to manage your Pinterest account? Do you find it hard to keep track of your pins, the repins, boards and followers? Moreover, you want to have full knowledge of your Pinterest insights? I was facing all these problems for quite a long time, until I came across WPPinner. WPPinner is a WordPress plugin that manages your Pinterest account. There are already many Pinterest plugins on the internet but WPPinner is the only plugin so far that gives you detailed statistics of your account and allows you to auto pin your WordPress post to Pinterest. WPPinner helps you keep track of your pins, repins, schedule your post, their reach, everything through your WordPress dashboard. And all this for free, just three things required; your WordPress account, you (admin) and your Pinterest.

1. Wilco, please introduce the co-founders of WPPinner to our readers.
Officially I'm the only founder. Mark is a developer that's working for me - but since he's doing a great job I'd like to mention him as well - he deserves it! He's a great developer who started working for me quite recently (early this year) - which makes him the technical genius behind the project. I'm more of an "idea guy" - I've been working for myself for almost 7 years already.
2. What was the inspiration to create WPPinner? Why did you specifically target the Wordpress platform?
I've been working with WordPress for many-many years now. I just love the fact that it's open source and that you can get a plugin for (almost) everything. It's awesome! Being an entrepreneur I launched my first own WordPress plugin last year - which later on became a premium plugin (see www.wp4fb.com). This made me want to launch more plugins to see what comes out of it in the future.
3. Explain some of the features of WPPinner to our readers. How can it be used to take optimize a users Pinterest experience?
They can schedule and automate their pins - so they don't have to worry about it every single day. They can also auto-pin as soon as their WordPress post goes live - saving them the hassle of doing a manual Pin. At the same time they'll get all the stats they need (in their WP admin) to optimize their Pinterest behavior in the future. Of course we're also working on some other features, but we don't want to reveal everything already ;)
4. What differentiates WPPinner from other Pinterest analytics platforms like Pinerly?
The main difference is that WP Pinner is self-ho6. Quick advice to our readers on how to derive maximum benefit from Pinterest? sted and works within their WordPress admin - so they don't need to login somewhere else and they can auto-post all their WordPress posts to Pinterest.
5. I understand that you have launched the first public beta of WPPinner. What are the future plans for upcoming releases of WPPinner? What new functionality do you plan to add?
As shown in the video we're having some delays because of some other work, so it's hard to give an exact date of release.. See some features in the previous question, the other features aren't revealed yet ;-)
6. Quick advice to our readers on how to derive maximum benefit from Pinterest?
Like any social media platform is totally depends on what your strategy & goal is.. So I'll just give 1 simple practical tip if you want to get more traffic from Pinterest: make sure there is something on your image that the user can't read (or see clearly) when the image is shown at Pinterest. This will make sure the reader will click through to your site/blog to see the high-res version of the image.
