Those of us who live without the will of will power find it incredibly hard to inculcate a good habit and kick-out a bad one.

It takes loads of nagging from our loved ones to even consider changing our habits. If you fall in this category, then you must consider Hipster Habit App, which is in fact not exactly an application. It is a printable mini-sized pocket book, that you will have to carry for 30 days to remove or add habits.

Buster Benson, CEO of Health Month has created this "app" that needs you to make certain choices with the intention of sticking to a plan, before you start your 30 days quest.

Taking one step at a time Hipster Habit App will then guide you through 30 days.

It will create small goals for you, send you reminders through your phone and keep you motivated. For some reason this app reminds me of a very practical and effective tip by Robin Sharma, author of The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari.

His advice for bringing in a good habit to your lifestyle is by religiously following a habit to 21 days, after which that habit becomes permanent.

Considering that this "app" gives you 30 days, chances are that you might just be able to make it through. And of course, there is no harm in trying right?
