Every year they choose top 10 designs from all the entries, these posters are then given to a non-profit organization who can install them in their facility free of charge. "These posters are then used as tools for group discussions, educational activities and creative inspiration. We partner with organizations that have a long term commitment to youth services and that are deeply involved in the community." describes their website.
After accepting all entries digitally, the posters go through 3 rounds of judging; after which 25 semi finalists and 10 finalists are chosen. Each of these finalists are awarded with assorted design tools and resources. Check out some of my favorite entries below:
