E-scientists' Finds is the most sought out section of our blog, where we feature wacky, bizarre, unreal, unique and fascinating stuff found online. These ideas or concepts may seem too strange to be taken seriously, but trust us, there is a whole lot of creativity and inspiration hidden there.

When we started this blog, we concentrated on online merchants, products, how-to articles, reviews and important news. We focused on creativity, innovation and excellent examples in eCommerce, small businesses and self-publishing. But we soon realized that craziness is a part and parcel of ingenuity; therefore we dedicated some of our undercover scientists who don't invent but discover all kinds of witty and applaudable stuff found online.

Heidemarie Schwermer is a truly inspiring lady who does not believe in petty things like money. She has found a way to live her life without its burden and what a life it is.

Heidemarie is a 69 year old German lady who gave up using money 15 years ago. It all began when she was in her 40s and was emerging from a difficult marriage. She moved to a town called Dortmund in Germany with her two children. A place with quite a huge population of homeless people, a situation that touched her heart and she decided to come up with a system wherein homeless people can swap products and services. Jimi Hendrix's Portrait Made Out Of 5,000 Guitar Picks

This one-of-a-kind portrait dedicated to the legendary Jimi Hendrix is created by a British artist, Ed Chapman.

It was auctioned in London for a fundraising event for Cancer Research and was sold for 23,000 pounds. And this is not the first time Ed has dedicated one of his creations to a musical legend and raised money for a charitable event, in 2009 he created a ceramic portrait of John Lennon and that was auctioned for thousands of pounds as well. This particular portrait is created out of 5000 plectrums not made from any random guitar picks, Ed has specifically used Fender guitar picks, since Jimi was known for playing Fender Stratocaster. Men-Ups: A Hilarious Calendar Project With Men In Classic Pin-Up Poses


You may have seen endless images with sexy girls in their classic pin-up poses, but this is the first time I've come across men in pin-up poses. This role reversal has turned out to be quite viral across web, and why not...how many times do you see men in such wonderfully giggly poses. And do notice that the props used in the images are very much masculine and thats what makes this ironically hilarious.
