Most typographic artworks come from digital manipulation, not that there is anything wrong in that, but nothing can beat handmade craft made with such intricacy and sophistication.

Sabeena Karnik, a calligrapher, illustrator and a typographer from Mumbai, India has created this typographic art using a technique called quilling. It is an art that involves rolling, shaping and gluing strips of paper to create beautiful designs.

So the alphabets that you see on the left have been created using colorful strips of paper and folded beautifully to create this inspiring typographic art.
