We all need motivation because it directly affects our productivity; the more motivated you are, the more is your productivity. This hunger for motivation is never-ending and one is never satisfied even when he/she is full on motivation.

We do everything to stay motivated - exercise, read stuff, listen to motivational speakers, watch such movies and what not. Everyone has a different way of motivating oneself but one common practice that most of us do is following people who have a strong influence on things happening around us like entrepreneurs, innovators, business leaders, celebrities and the visionaries of today.

Everyone has their own set list of people who motivate them, increase their productivity. Some people follow celebrities like Oprah Winfrey, some follow politicians like US President, Barrack Obama and others follow visionaries of today like Seth Godin or Timothy Ferris. I recently came across this very interesting and a must checkout infographic from the folks at TimeDoctor that lists some of the most influential people in productivity.
