Two days after the Boston Marathon tragedy all that we can do is pray for all those who are affected in Boston.

Beth Murphy is a known name from the film fraternity, she's well known for her documentary films. Beth is from Boston and currently, she is in Afghanistan for a filming trip.

She's been there for 6 weeks now. Her husband and her 5 year-old daughter are in Boston. Safe. The Boston tragedy made her tremble, she wanted to go home.

Though she couldn't go home, she decided to send some love to everyone in Boston. She made a sign saying, "To Boston. From Kabul. With Love" and planned to take a picture of her holding it. She told her friends in Kabul about the tragedy that struck Boston, she saw the pain in their faces. Her friend Frozan Rahmani, a program officer for CARE International was pretty emotional about this incident.

According to a post from Beth's website Principle Pictures Frozan said, "Every time I hear about attacks happening – whether it's in the United States, Pakistan, England or here, I became too sad. All those people had hopes and dreams for their futures. Their parents had hopes and dreams for their futures. It doesn't matter that we experience this more often here. No one should experience any of it ever. It's always the innocent who suffer. I wish there was something I could do."

And it was then and there that Beth asked Frozan to hold the sign- "To Boston. From Kabul. With Love" and send a little love from Kabul.

Below is the photo of Frozan Rahmani holding the sign in her Kabul office:
