Very recently we'd shared an innovative keyboard created by Logitech: K310; a keyboard that can be washed and dried.

Today we would like to share another interesting keyboard design which is quite opposite of Logitech's K310. Although this is an age and time of tiny tablets and touch screens, but looking at this wooden keyboard certainly makes you wanna have one.

French design company Orée has recently launched a wooden keyboard which is made entirely from a single piece of maple or walnut; each and every piece is handcrafted.

This is what Orée's website has to share about their aesthetically designed keyboard:

"Orée was born from our observation that modern technology products look very much alike, are highly impersonal, made out of eco-unfriendly materials and are designed for rapid obsolescence. We set out to do something different: create lasting & personal high performance technology objects primarily made of wood, the most natural, durable and renewable material on earth.
Orée is about reconciling tradition & novelty to create exceptional products through an exclusive combination of timeless woodworking techniques and cutting-edge technologies. All our products are eco-designed, crafted and hand-finished in France."

This Bluetooth enabled keyboard is priced at $163, and you can also visit their website and have a customized keyboard made for yourself by choosing the font on the keyboard or perhaps adding a personal message.
