Vimeo Plus and Pro members can activate a 'Tip this Video' feature in their account. Visitors can click on this button to pay any amount from $1 to $500. The payment made by visitors will be accrued during a month and paid as a lump sum to the creator via PayPal. Vimeo will charge 15% service fee.

In coming days Vimeo also plans to introduce 'pay-to-view' service. Video creators will have the option of charging the visitors for viewing the videos created by them. "We can't say too much at the moment, but we can promise you’re going to like it. Look out for some cool demos of the service as we get it ready for launch to the whole community.
