A survey was conducted in 32 countries, the poll was conducted to find the most satisfied employees. And Canada turned out to be the top country with the happiest employees and France topped the lowest rate of happy employees. 

Any entrepreneur knows how crucial it is to keep their employees happy, not only will it enhance productivity but also improve customer service. No customer wants to deal with a grumpy employee who no longer cares what happens to the company's future.

According to Zendesk, "While there isn’t always a connection between how happy employees are and how good the customer service is in any given country, we strongly believe that in general, a happy customer support rep is way more likely to provide quality customer service."
