Candy Chang is New Orleans based multi-talented artist who is passionate about public spaces. She has worked on many projects, big and small and each of them is one of a kind. She likes to make cities more comfortable for people by setting up meaningful as well as fun installations. She is also the co-founder of Civic Center, a studio that makes thoughtful public spaces and communication tools to help people navigate and shape their cities.

Candy is also passionate about rejuvenating the ways public spaces are used to share information that can improve neighborhoods and individual well being. Her list of achievements is truly a great source of inspiration.

A B.S in architecture, a BFA in Graphic Design and a Master's degree in Urban Planning, she combines all her three disciplines and communicates what she is most passionate about: changing the way public spaces are shared.

She was selected as one of the 12 young world changers. She has been an Art Director at The New York Times and a design researcher at Nokia. Her work has been exhibited internationally and also speaks at international level.
