A day of the year that is blissful for some, while meaningless for some and in some cases, a "holiday" for some. Either ways, anywhere and everywhere you look, everything seems to be red, made out of hearts, and smells like chocolate. And like every year companies like Google, YouTube, AOL or Ask make sure that this day does not go unnoticed.
So here's a compilation of Valentine customized logos across the web with an interesting video of "How Social Media Saves Valentine's Day" and as a bonus a "Free Printable Polaroid Valentine Card and Envelope".
When it comes to holidays, important or historic dates or a special event, Google is the first one to roll out their customized logos called "Doodle". Here are few examples of Valentine Doodles in the past years:

Usually Google has interesting and creative Doodles in most of the occasions, but this Valentine's they have been highly disappointing and have showcased a logo that I would like to call shabby and amateur.

YouTube has improvised their logo as well, not too fancy but atleast it seems apt.

Yahoo on the other hand uses the same animated logo of two cute little birds every year:

AOL seems to have improved this year as opposed to their previous Valentine logos which were plain and quite yawnable.

This year however, they have created a background for their website which is far better than what they've been doing in previous years.

eBay has a cute Valentine Robot showcased on their homepage:
Ask.com usually has beautiful and original logos every Valentine's, even though this year also they've come up with original background for their website, but I have to say...its not so impressive and is quite disappointing.
