Lauran Porter, an artist from UK knitted a full size replica of a Ferrari using about 12 miles of yarn; she took 10 months to finish the entire the project.
"I created Ferrari because it is instantly recognizable and the opposite of what people expect from something that is knitted." shares the artist, further adding, "I want as many people as possible to see and enjoy my work - including those who wouldn't ordinarily go to an art gallery."
