Willard Wigan, a micro-sculptor creates sculptures so tiny that they fit inside the eye of a needle and its real beauty cannot be appreciated with a naked eye.
His work is painstakingly less than one-hundredth of an inch tall and requires so much precision and stability that that he has to control his nervous system and work between heart beats. "The pulse of your finger can destroy the work, that's when the real concentration has to come out - mind, body and soul has to give order to do this." he explains.

As a child Willard struggled with Dyslexia and started concentrating on miniature art to express himself, when he was five he started making houses for ants, and with his mother's support Willard turned out to be one of the most unique artist in the world. He uses fibre, nylon, grains of sand human hair and even a spider's web to create life-like microscopic sculptures. Here are few examples:
