When you enter easiestgive.com the first thing you notice is a thought provoking quote: "You never think you'll be living on the street when you grow up."

Easiest Give is a non-profit organization whose mission is to help the homeless by providing them with basic supplies. It allows its visitors to buy products for homeless shelters directly from the website and delivers those items to various shelters that are listed with them.

"A few clicks can turn a few bucks into much needed supplies. We'll get it right to their doorstep and let you know when it gets their." Easiest Give explains.

Visitors can view Easiest Give's list of shelters and read each of their details that can help them in choosing the shelter that they want to shop for. For example: Beat The Streets provides shelter for men who are looking for safe, structured, drug and alcohol free environment; if you wish to buy something for the homeless in this shelter you can view basic items like toothpastes, razors, soaps and toothbrushes priced not more than $2.34.

"On this page are the products that homeless shelters actually need: we know because they asked" shares Easiest Give.

Aaron Presley is the mind behind this project who handles day-to-day operations, customer service and other aspects related to the site, whereas Jacob Morse is a helping hand who provides his expertise towards the design of the website and shares his valuable advice with Aaron.

For shelters looking for some help can easily enroll themselves with the website by simply filling up an information form without any strings attached. They do not have to pay anything at all and are not bounded by any obligation or commitment whatsoever.

How do easiestgive.com earn their bread and butter?

They support themselves by buying products from wholesalers and mark up the products to a price that matches places like Wal-Mart or Target. They reassure the shelters by explaining that "Our profit comes from users buying products for you through us and not from you paying to be on our site."

Shelters enlisted with Easiest Give are located in US, example: Dallas, Austin or Houston. Check out their list here.

I tried looking for the site and the company but I can't find anything. We have developed a similar site called D|D|S and will be launching in time for the holidays 2013. Keep a look out for the Dignity Delivery Service....
