Milk + Beer = Bilk




























Bilk is a beer produced in the largest dairy farming region in Japan called Hokkaido.  Chitoshi Nakahara, a liquor shop owner came up with this idea when he saw that there has been a major decline in milk consumption and most of the milk is disposed off. "We came up with this idea after hearing about surplus milk". says Chitoshi. Bilk consists of 30% milk with regular hops and tastes like any ordinary beer with a slight scent of milk in it. 


Brooklyn Brew Shop


Brooklyn Brew Shop is founded by Eric Shea & Stephen Valand; the idea for their business struck them when Erica stumbled upn an old home brewing kit in her father's basement. They taught themselves how to brew beer by using simple materials and created a kit that consists of every ingredient and tool that you may need to make a freshly brewed ale right at home. Anybody without any prior experience of brewing at home can easily have the pleasure of consuming self made ale. 


Bing Bong Tables























These are beer pong tables also known as Beriut. Matt Brady and Tom Schmidt, the creators of this table came up with this a ping pong table for beer when someone asked them to carry a heavy ping pong table to a party so that everyone can have a game of beer pong and they thought that 'the world needs a portable beer pong table'. In 2004 this party table was launched, "this game is extremely popular within the age bracket of 21-35, and its the centerpiece of any party where it is played" shares their website


Brewing TV




















"Brewing TV's mission is to cover the world of home-brewing through the magic of video" they say, which pretty much sums up what Brewing TV is all about. Anybody looking to brew beer at home can visit their website and watch demos for brewing all kinds of beers with various tips and tricks.  The cast behind these series are creators of home brewing supplies called Northern Brewer. "Brewing TV is a voice for home brewing culture...the 'why', not the 'how'. If you are technical, you can always read a book" shared Brewing TV.  



Mamma Mia Pizza Beer

























Mamma Mia Pizza Beer creators, Tom and Athena Seefurth wanted to combine their favorite beverage with their favorite food...and voila! They created Pizza Beer. They went through several recipes, read numerous books and contacted several brewers with one question "Do you have any experience brewing with tomatoes?". After many brain storming sessions they eventually did manage to create a "home brewed concoction" called Pizza Beer with flavors like oregano, basil, garlic and of course beer; they call it 'world's first culinary beer'.
