Ever since Google's launch of its Marketplace in March, they have been continuously adding more and more applications, making it easier for business owners to function conveniently through single sign-in.

Lately Google has introduced 16 new programs within a single day; like the previous applications these apps are also easily installable and accessible through single log-in; thereby eliminating the hassle of creating new usernames & passwords.

Moreover, these applications are integrated with Google Docs, Gmail and Google Calender which can help in streamlining several tasks.

"As a Google Apps administrator, once you install and evaluate an app, you can deploy it to your users in only a few clicks." says Ryan Boyd from Google Apps Marketplace Team.

For example: The Bug Track Application is service that helps in tracking online bugs and is a team collaboration tool. Jive Express, is an another application that combines social networking features for employees ans customers, allowing both parties to discuss or comment about Web documents, polls or blogs ets.; it also provides tags, bookmarks, dashboard and search features.

Like these applications, there are plenty of options available; they include simple functions like scheduling or billing, and also complex functions like creating 2D/3D floor plans. It is entirely up to the business owner to choose only those apps that prove out to be most efficient, rather than adding up more work without any productivity.
