Google has launched a channel on YouTube called 'The Google E-Commerce Channel', where they post interactive demos with detailed instructions related to Google Checkout and Product search.
Currently the channel has only two videos: Sales Tax Setup and Shipping Setup Tool.
Chad Liffmann (Google Checkout Operations) stated that “ Recently, we’ve added instructional videos for how to set up shipping information and sales tax calculations for Google Checkout. Soon, we’ll add videos to address frequently asked buyer and merchant questions and an informational video about how to handle customer chargebacks.”
Google aims to supply a video library for the merchants and encourage feedback from them. They will be uploading various instructional videos, depending on the kind of questions asked or issues faced. In order to follow the channel, you just need to click on the 'subscribe' button at the top of the page.
