Coca Cola has recently launched a new photo-sharing app called Happy Places. An app that is very much similar to Instagram and allows users to take pictures of their 'happy moments' and share it with their friends on social networking sites.

It's a free app that focuses on joyful times by letting users search using hashtags like #joy, #beautiful  and #music. Of course users can comment on other's pictures and follow hashtags.

Yeah, all your relatives and former high school friends have no idea Google has its own social media site too. But believe it or not it’s got 170 million users so far and it’s got more followers than LinkedIn or Twitter. What’s so good about it?

Aside from the fact that G+ profiles are easier found on Google it’s also tied up with many Google services and sites. Also, if you have been using Gmail, Google Drives or Docs, YouTube and Picasa, you’ll probably be able to master the G+ environment in no time. It also looks far more gorgeous and far less chaotic than Facebook.

And while we’re on the topic of looking gorgeous, another good reason to try Google+ is its gorgeous iPhone app. Unlike most social media sites that offer a zoomed out version of their websites, Google actually took the time to update their iPhone app making it into something really worth using on your iPhone.

Let's face it, the quest to strike off everything from our to-do list feels nothing less than Frodo's trip to Mordor. If you look at my to-do list, you will find tasks that I should have completed months ago.

What usually happens is that, we tend to keep adding tasks to our to-do list without actually finishing even half of them. Then comes a time that the list becomes so overwhelming that we start ignoring it and right away filter out the most important tasks, write it on a post-it note and stick it up to the computer.

This habit is the inspiration behind this app called Stky, that aims to "save you from yourself".

Just recently we shared an interesting campaign by LEGO in Australia where they have created a 'Lego Forest' as part of their LEGO Festival of Play.

Today we would like to share another interesting creation by one of the best toy companies in the world. An app that lets kids and nerdy adults like me create a stop-motion video using an iPhone, and bring LEGO figurines to life.

The LEGO group and Pereira & O'Dell (who recently created a witty campaign for Skype) have worked together to design this iPhone app called 'LEGO Super Hero Movie Maker'. "We wanted to create an unique experience that helps bridge the gap between the digital world and the physical world of Lego" says Izzy Weberbauer, Pereira & O'Dell's account supervisor.
