We recently stumbled upon at Imgur.com, an interesting collection of re-designed film posters by a Redditor- Shystone.

Being an insane movie buff and book lover, I just couldn't resist sharing this with the readers here.Interestingly, many of us don't even realise that movies that we count as classics are actually books-tranformed to the big screen.

From epic military-style movies like Full Metal Jacket, Apocalypse Now and Blade Runner to Danny Boyle's rags-to-riches hit- Slumdog Millionaire, the posters are designed with their original book titles.

April Fool's day is long gone but it seems that some people are not going to let it pass so easily!

DC Comics in order to celebrate the April Fool's day asked some artists from its sister company Mad to redesign the covers of some of its most popular title and throughout April it would be revealing these covers.

There are 13 Mad-ly designed covers in total.

"It's shocking to me that DC would entrust their beloved superheroes to the Usual Gang of Idiots at Mad. Then again, this is the same company that hired me and my staff, so they do have a history of making bad decisions" shares the Mad editor John Ficarra.
