On E-junkie.info we've featured many versions of ABCs. After publishing ABC of eCommerce, we found that there are many illustrators out there who can get so creative with something as simple and basic as ABC. Mike Boon for example, created a series of ABCs where he turned alphabets into characters from movies and TV shows like Harry Potter, The Simpsons, The Muppets and many more. Then there was Super ABC by Matt Cowan who drew inspiration from superheros and made an attempt to teach ABC using characters from Marvel Comics.

Today we would like to feature another such creative illustrator from South Africa, Emma Cook, who has created a series called 'Design Flash Cards' for the new age kids. According to her, the geek-hipster parents are gonna love this version of ABC for their kids.

"Now design geek-hipster-interwebbers can teach their kids their ABC's with more culture-relevant examples" she says. Have a look:
