In the previous article “How To Automate Your Call Centre Job”, I wanted to get across that with enough leads on auto-pilot you can make sales, so long as your sales process is automated, it could be a “set and forget” situation, where you check your cash flow and sales and leave the rest to technology to sort out!.

Many people get hung up on traffic and are concerned they don’t have enough. The other trap to fall into, is thinking that you can skip the low traffic days and go straight to high traffic, with no foundations in place. That is possible but it will probably cost a lot in advertising.

Next year I'm on target for my best year ever and I'm working less and less on-line. When I started 3 years ago, I was racking up hours on the net trying to get all the knowledge and becoming an "information junkie". Now my time is much better spent and I'm looking forward to a much more productive and profitable 2012.

Setting Achievable Goals

Over the last 3 years I have made unrealistic goals. The reason was that I had no real perspective on what it takes to build an audience with a low budget (Under $5,000). Now I'm in my fourth year on-line I have gone from 0 to 8,000 subscribers within 40 months. To break that down that's 200 subscribers a month.

So now I know I can pick up 200 new subscribers a month, I can plan the next year much better in terms of product launches and working with top youtubers, I can tell them exactly what I can bring to the table in 2012.
