So, you run an online business, and you want to make sure order notifications get sent to more than just yourself. Maybe your second in command wants/needs to be aware of sales, or someone you’re working with needs to know when you sell a specific item from your shop. Some systems would require you to send order notifications to your own server, and then send it out to different people. With e-junkie though, you can use our third-party integration feature to send order data to multiple email addresses with simple settings within e-junkie.
If you want to do this at a common level you will want to go to Seller Admin>Edit Account Preferences. Once the page opens, towards the bottom in the Common Notification URL field you will want to enter in this URL (changing the email address to the one you need of course):
Then click Submit to save the settings and you're good to go.
To set it up specifically for a single product, then you will want to follow these steps:
●
Click on the View/Edit/Delete Products option on the
left side of the Seller Admin page
●
Select a product from the drop down menu and click the
Edit button
●
On the following page, make sure to add a check mark to
the box for Send Transaction Data to a URL
●
Click Next to go to the More Options page
●
Add the URL from above into the Payment Variable
Information URL field, like so:
