Legrand was born in Paris and is currently based in Toulouse, France is one of those creative people who turns everyday objects like measuring tape, scissors, brushes, cutlery and other objects into whimsical character sculptures. He has been creating these sculptures for over 10 years now.

throughout the USA every 2.5 months and do come across fair prices.
