Intelius offers you everything from phone numbers, email and social network search to complete background checks. You can find all sorts of useful information about a person.
However, at Intelius things come at a price of $1.95 (Special Price) or $4.95 (Regular Price), a bummer for someone who is casually searching but pretty cheap if you have a bunch of people to look for.
2. Pipl
Unlike Intelius, Pipl is totally free is a perfect people-search engine. Pipl brings you all sort of information from databases and directories that other search engines normally don't access.
You'll find all sort of information like blog posts, photos, publications, donations on public record, social networking profiles, etc.
3. Wink
Wink is the world's largest people search engine that helps you look for people by their name and get their phone number, address and other related informtaion.
Another free tool, Zabaseach allows you to search for people and all their public information online.
