After four seconds of exhibiting bad posture comes the device sends the first Buzz, the second after eleven seconds and in case you don't correct your posture the device stops buzzing. If you change your position, after that, the device restarts tracking your posture again.

In the 'Steps' section of the app, you can enter your height and weight and track the calories you are burning and miles you have walked.

The good thing about LUMOBack is that can store data up to a month, so even if you aren't near your iOS device for transmitting stats, your data would be safe for sometime.
