Recently, Facebook did something all the more unique, shocking its over 1.2 billion user community thanks to its The Faces of Facebook project.

Wondering what 'The Faces of Facebook' project is all about?

This project puts the over 1.2 billion users profile pictures in one place.

When you visit the site, you'll be welcomed with a dizzy-making static-like TV dots and when you click anywhere on the space, zooming-in you'll be able to see the profile pictures of the users arranged in an chronological order based on the date when they registered on Facebook. Sounds interesting, right?

Natalia Rojas, a freelance designer, is the creative brain behind this project. "We don't store anyone's private information, pictures or names," Rojas explained on the website. "We've just found a harmless way to show [all] Facebook profile pictures and organize them in chronological order."
