However, over the years LinkedIn has not made any significant changes in its interface or visual quotient. May be that's why they have chosen this year to unveil a new change in their visual content.
Mashable today reported that LinkedIn will, from this Thursday start rolling out a new feature. Account holders can now start sharing visual content like photos, videos, documents and presentations from their homepage, just like status updates. This is an extension to the changes introduced earlier in the month
To make use of the feature, users need to avail the option by visiting their "Edit" settings. Once available, all that you have to do is click on the paperclip icon on the right side of your share box and upload. In addition, content from other sites can be shared in the usual manner by performing the copy and paste URL action.
What makes this move special is the fact that since people who post quality content would automatically get a visibility as their posts become popular, the business fraternity as a whole is likely to benefit by staying in touch with the 'correct kind of people' that they are looking for.
