Won't it be fun? Think about the endless possibilities! Well, one thing for sure you'll always have someone to spend time with and talk to.
Anyways, having a Mini Me is a futile thought but what if I told you that you can create a cardboard-avatar of your self, using Foldable.Me!
Foldable.Me allows people create miniature versions of themselves and their friends online, then the folks at Foldable.Me print it off and send it to you anywhere in the world; all you have to do is take out the cut-out, fold it here and there and there you are, your cardboard miniature is standing 8cm tall.
Foldable.Me is the fun-product by Mint Digital, a creative digital studio that specializes in making products that people want. It was in March 2012, that a team of creatives at Mint Digital decided to let people create their own cardboard avatar.
The initial journey for Foldable.Me was tough. Though the people liked the concept, the only problem was that Foldable.Me required a lot of different hairdos, beard, eyes, lips, chins, noses, outfits and other related accessories like glasses. So the folks at Foldable.Me turned to Kickstarter for crowd-funding and in not more than 30 days they managed to earn $23,355 which way too more than their pledged goal of $2,500. Soon they launched their website in August, 2012 and since then there's no looking back for Foldable.Me.
You can create an account on the website and easily make your own Foldable, each Foldable costs only $11.99. You can even share your Foldable with your friends via Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. These Foldables are printed on high-quality card and are delivered precision cut.
