When it comes to creating portraits of famous people, a lot of artists tend to take an unconventional (and some times bizarre) approach. David Palmer for example, created bullet portraits as a tribute to famous personalities. Daniel Edlen on the other hand, pays his tribute to musicians by creating their portraits on vinyl records.

Today we would like to share a little humorous approach by Dito von Tease who has taken our childhood joy of "finger puppetry" to a whole new level; he likes to call it 'Ditology'. ('Dito' is Italian for 'finger')

He has beautifully created portraits of well known personalities and fictional characters on human fingers. Of course, the images have been digitally manipulated and Tease has done a wonderful job in detailing these portraits and bringing a smile to our face. :)
