A Very Cool Water-Powered Clock

Posted: 10/30/2012
Over the past we've shared some pretty interesting clock designs with you (not to mention some crazy alarm clocks as well); 365 Knitting Clock being one of the favorites. Today we would like to share another very cool design for a clock, whose mechanism is nothing short of magic. This clock runs on water.

The Bedol water-powered clock is an eco-friendly clock that works entirely on natural power. No batteries, no electricity and no chemicals, just simple water is suffice. You need not wind it also, all you need to do is fill the tank with water every 12 to 14 weeks.

"You won’t even lose time while changing water, thanks to the built-in memory chip!" shares Bedol's website.

What I loved the most about this clock is that other than an intriguing mechanism and being completely eco-friendly, the designing for the clock has been done very tastefully. In all, it is an amazing timepiece that you can buy for $25.
