There are two kinds of wannabes on Facebook: the ones in your friends list and random Facebook pages.

There are several brands and companies out there who are perhaps new to social media and have no idea how to 'engage' users. They'll blatantly ask you to like their updates and photos, they'll fill up your Facebook wall asking you to share some bullshit links that don't even matter and go about posting supposedly "inspirational" quotes.

A recent Facebook page "Condescending Corporate Brand Page" mocks such companies and brands who don't have the slightest clue what social networking is all about. Their humorous and sarcastic updates will automatically make you wanna "Like" their page.


"We're a big corporate brand using Facebook. So look out for us asking you to like and share our stuff in a faintly embarrassing and awkward way" they say. Although the page is created by some anonymous user(s), but has received more than 10,000 likes already. Here's are some of my favorite updates from them:
