There is nothing more frustrating than not being able to insert a USB device into the port in the first few attempts. The only thing that comes second, is not being able to insert your charging cable to your iPhone, specially when the  lighting is dim.

Cord Lite, seems to be a much needed solution for such frustrated device owners. It is a charging cable that illuminates as soon as you touch it, allowing you to easily plugin-in the cable to your iPhone.

Simplicity is the USP of this product that is currently in the process of raising funds through Kickstarter.

There are no buttons, no switches that you need to handle for Cord Lite to work perfectly, as soon as you touch the aluminium plates of the cable, it illuminates. This is what they have to share on their Kickstarter Project page:
"The touch design eliminates the need for buttons or switches and keeps the look clean and simple.  We worked really hard to design the CordLite to compliment Apple's impecable design.
CordLite is made of rigid plastic for the body, and bead blasted aluminum for the touch plates.  The cable is a standard USB cable and will charge and sync your iPhone/iPad/iPod just like the cable that came with it."

Cord Lite has set a goal of $70,000 on their Kickstarter page, and have already managed to raise about $40,000. Check out this video to learn more about this potentially successful product:

They are currently working on releasing a similar cable for Android phones as well. Let's hope to see them in the market very soon. :)
