'Pincel Of Zorro' is a beautiful Japan based tale which has been given life by author Sergio A and complimented with brilliant illustrations by Meritxell Ribas.

It is a story of sadness, tenderness and magic; and these illustrations make this book all more intriguing. Unlike, other animations that you see usually, this one is created using a unique technique called 'grattage'.



A process in which the paint is scrapped off the canvas with a pointed tool and you can see the poetic beauty of it in the video below.
